Once a year the spacious place Saint-Sulpice transforms into an impressive flea market, for twelve days gathering some of the most reputable Parisian antiquaries, collectors and connoisseurs into a professional fare.
It it grace to these dedicated enthusiasts, agile documentalists and versed historians, diligently ransacking after the legend of the past, that we can imagine the lifestyle of the last generation in such detail and colour.
For an unprepared visitor wandering through the market might resemble a dream, as he walks from one fancifully arranged mise en scene to another...
Organised within the scope of annual Fare Saint-Germain, this is only one of the many events taking place in the quarter.
